Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
- Any items marked as final sale
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items returned with signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:

- Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift:
- You may receive a store credit for the return value
- If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us first for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
